With its single-pane-of-glass management, DataMiner drives transformative change across industries, empowering organizations to streamline operations and unlock new opportunities. With years of experience in digital transformation consultancy and a proven speaking track record, Naveen is known for his unique, agile approach to solving complex business challenges. Breaking down barriers in the tech world, she has continued to shape the industry profoundly with her visionary perspective, which has earned her opportunities to speak at Broadcast Asia & ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium. She has also written articles that were featured in global publications. IPSB has a widebased clientele, including the number one OTT platform in Malaysia - RTMKlik, and Brunei - RTBGo, managing more than 30 petabytes for Media Prima, Astro, RTM, and many others. Mardhiah is a mother and also a technology evangelist with a deep and broad knowledge of the Media & Entertainment industry. She leverages on her forward thinking to educate and advocate Digital Transformation across IPSB customer base and industries in both Public Sector and Enterprise. Being a woman in tech has led Mardhiah to empower as a role model via her social media pages, past speaking engagements at Broadcast Asia & ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium as well as featured articles in IEEE and other global publications. Recently shortlisted for the Business Leader in RISE Awards 2024, the gender diversity network for the media technology industry, this recognition celebrates women empowerment on a global level and was announced during the International Broadcast Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam. Spearheading IPSB’s growth alongside AWS with customers like DOSM, RTMklik, RTBgo, Media Prima and TVSarawak, Mardhiah is committed to fostering customer success, as we believe it is integral to our own.

Desmond Kee is the Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Asia at Harmonic, with over 30 years of experience in ICT development, solution architecture, and customer management. Specializing in sales and pre-sales, he has been instrumental in securing major accounts for Harmonic. His expertise in OTT, broadcast, and cloud technologies enables him to align technical solutions with customer needs, delivering seamless deployments and fostering long-term partnerships. Based in Singapore, he holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

A seasoned technology leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving digital transformation. Davis Chai is a highly innovative and inspired CTO with over 20 years of industry experience. He has a deep understanding of technology trends and a knack for leveraging them to solve complex business problems. Currently, Davis is the Head of Architecture at AWS Malaysia, where he leads the charge in shaping and delivering cloud-based solutions for customers. Prior to this, he held key leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Touch 'n Go and CIMB, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and delivered groundbreaking fintech solutions. Davis is a certified expert in various technologies, including AWS, TOGAF, and Cisco certifications. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and workshops, sharing his insights on emerging technologies and best practices. With his strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, Davis is well-positioned to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR SOUTHEAST ASIA, TVU
With 18 years of broadcast media experience specializing in broadcast solutions integration, headend integration, studio production, broadcast production, cloud-based production, AI & VR solutions, live IP video streaming, and contribution. Currently responsible for engaging with TVU customers in the Southeast Asian region. Building a large pipeline of leads to independently grow business in the region. Ensuring that the region is equipped with detailed knowledge of products and solutions while consistently responding to customer requirements.

IR. TS. AHMAD SHAFIQ MIRZA MANSOR

SENIOR BROADCAST ENGINEER, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR NEWS TECHNICAL FACILITIES SECTION, RTM
Ir. Ts. Ahmad Shafiq Mirza Mansor is a senior broadcast engineer at Radio Television Malaysia (RTM), where he has played a key role in overseeing technical operations for various major events both locally and internationally. His skill set covers technical coordination, system engineering, and outside broadcasting for prominent events such as the Rio Olympic Games 2016, SEA Games, Commonwealth Games, and the Laureus World Sports Awards. He has also worked closely with international broadcasters including Eurosport, Fox Sports, and J-Sport. A standout moment in his career was his role as the AV Infrastructure and Signal MCR System Engineer during the World Urban Forum (WUF) 9, held in Kuala Lumpur, which was organized by the United Nations. Ir. Ts. Ahmad Shafiq Mirza Mansor remains an essential figure in ensuring RTM's broadcast operations run smoothly and in collaborating with global partners to deliver high-quality broadcasts.
