PRIOR TO THE MS ISO 37001:2016, 21 INITIATIVES HAVE ALSO BEEN IDENTIFIED UNDER THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME (CITP) 2016-2020 TO BE IMPLEMENTED UNDER 4 STRATEGIC THRUSTS. AMONG THE CITP INITIATIVES THAT IS IN LINE WITH MS ISO 37001:2016, IS INITIATIVE Q5 THAT IS TO ENHANCE INTEGRITY AND INCREASE GOVERNANCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. UNDER THIS INITIATIVE, 3 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED TO SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INITIATIVE Q5, ONE OF THE 3 KPIS BEING 10 CONSTRUCTION RELATED ORGANISATIONS/LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO BE CERTIFIED WITH ISO 37001/MS ISO 37001 (ANTI-BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS) BY 2020 OBJECTIVES OF THE SEMINAR 1. TO CREATE AWARENESS ON MS ISO 37001:2016 ANTI BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS; 2. TO ENLIGHTEN ON THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS COMPLEMENTING MS ISO 37001:2016; AND 3. TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON HOW ORGANISATIONS CAN OBTAIN CERTIFICATION

She is currently the Director of the Programme Management Office at the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). She is responsible for managing the implementation of the Construction Industry Transformation Programme or CITP since 2015.

He has 30 years experience investigations & prosecutions fraud, white collar crimes. Masters in Anti-Corruption Studies (MACS) (IACA) UNODC, first Malaysian MACC officer to graduate from IACA, Vienna. Multi lingual (English, Malay, Tamil, Cantonese).

VICE CHAIR OF ISO/PC 278
Dr KM Loi is the Vice Chair of ISO/PC 278, a Project Committee which was responsible for the design and development of ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) standard.

PUAN NOR AFIZA SAIM

SGM, SIRIM QAS INTL.
She has 28 years of working experience in SIRIM. Exposed a lot in auditing, training, consultancy in the area of standardization and conformity assessment (certification and inspection).

PROF. SR. DR. WAN MAIMUN WAN ABDULLAH

COUNCILLORS, RISM
Wan Maimun graduated in B.Sc(Hons)QS from UTM in 1981, subsequently MBA from Aston University and PhD from UM. Her career in construction industry spans 37 years in both public and private sectors.

NURIRDZUANA ISMAIL

HEAD INTEGRITY RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICE OF THE CHIEF INTEGRITY OFFICER, PETRONAS
She has been Head for External Affairs for Chief Integrity Officer's office since 2014 and a certified Integrity Officer by MACA since 2010. She leads the global integrity and compliance organization of Petronas and reports to the President.
