Shareen was the CEO of Talent Corporation (TC) from 2016-2018. While in TC, Shareen was instrumental in the design and execution of a national talent/human capital strategy and action plan with a focus on optimising top talent to meet demands of key economic growth sectors. She advocated and implemented strategic interventions in building the right talent ecosystems in response to global trends with particular focus on digitalisation, Industrial Revolution 4.0 and its impact on future of work. Prior to joining TalentCorp, Shareen was Director of Corporate Responsibility and Special Projects at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. She led in the development of a triple bottom line framework and Sustainable Development strategy in addressing sustainability factors in investment portfolios using the global ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) framework. She developed a sustainability adjusted valuation methodology to assess return on investment indicators beyond pure financial returns. Implemented corporate sustainability programmes with a focus on human capital and education. Shareen holds a Master in Sustainability Leadership from University of Cambridge.

DR. KWON YEONG-IL

PROFESSOR, HOSEO UNIVERSITY
Prof. Kwon Yeong-il (Victor) is working on the 4th Industrial Revolution and the digital transformation at the Graduate School of Management of Technology (MOT) of the Hoseo University in Korea. He had worked to establish ICT policy and strategies of e-Government projects and digital infrastructure at National Information Society Agency (NIA) from 1997 to 2019. His job experiences and competencies covered mainly in the area of IT strategy planning, global IT consulting, e-Government, digital infrastructure. He worked closely with the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) and the e-Government Bureau of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration (MOSPA) in charge of General Director of the Information Architecture Division, Public Information Support Center (PISC) and K-ICT Big Data Center and e-Government Standard Software Framework (eGovFrame) Center. He also worked as a Head of at NIA Global Center for e-Government Academy in 2016.

MR. MOHAMAD NAZRUL AZIZ

As the Head of Graduate and Emerging Talent Nazrul is responsible in developing and implementing strategic interventions to attract, nurture and retain Malaysian graduates and young talents. Nazrul is an Administrative and Diplomatic (PTD) officer with the Government of Malaysia. For the past 15 years, he has served in various agencies at district, state and national level where he was responsible for physical and social development, socio-economic R&D, HR and finance, stakeholders management and leadership development. Nazrul holds a Masters in Business Administration (Sustainable Development) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Bachelor in Science (Business Computing) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
